After the city issues the Lead Safe Certificate, we would assist with the application for the Lead Safe Incentive. To apply for the incentive a W9 and a completed Lead Safe Certificate is needed. The incentive was started as a way to financially assist property owners in meeting the requirement of becoming lead safe.
