Lead Testing - The Process

We specialize in lead testing at residential properties. Our process is straightforward and simple.

We will start with a visual assessment to identify potential sources of lead contamination. Next, we’ll collect a minimum of ten dust samples in each unit. All samples are collected and sent to the laboratory for testing.

When we receive the laboratory results, an analysis and report is completed by our licensed Risk Assessor. This report serves as the basis for the lead certification application that is then submitted to the city. The city provides the Lead Safe Certificate.
